After watching Josh's interview, I decided to browse Torgen's other interviews. The name Paolo Nutini stood out as interesting, so, I checked out his interview, and I found that this 19-year-old Scottish singer/songwriter has amazing talent.
Just today, I discovered that Paolo's song, "New Shoes," is being offered on iTunes as the featured free download for one week. This is awesome! I know Paolo is huge in Europe, but has yet to receive widespread attention in the United States. Paolo's Album, "These Streets," will be released in this country in January 2007.
Earlier this year, Paolo attended Austin City Limits music festival, to introduce his music to the U.S. market. You can watch him perform three songs at the ATT Blueroom. (Click on "Austin City Limits" and then select "Paolo Nutini.")
